For over 15 years, I have been privileged to walk alongside individuals on their journey toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and authentic living. • 15+ years of clinical experience

Your first consultation is a relaxed conversation where we'll discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit to work together.

Session Format: 50-minute individual sessions, typically weekly
